The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Her Excellency Iruthisham Adam sends a message of felicitations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada, Her Excellency the Honourable Anita Anand, on the occasion of Canada Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“On behalf of the Government and the people of the Republic of Maldives, and on my own behalf, I have the honour to convey warm greetings and sincere best wishes to Your Excellency, the Government, and the people of Canada on the joyous occasion of Canada Day.
The Maldives attaches great importance to its longstanding and friendly relations with Canada, built on mutual respect, shared values, and goodwill. I am confident that the close cooperation between our two countries will continue to deepen and flourish in the years ahead.
