The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives, Her Excellency Iruthisham Adam sends a message of felicitations to His Excellency Barry Faure Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Seychelles, on the occasion of Seychelles’ Independence Day.
Minister’s message reads as follows:
“It gives me great pleasure to extend my sincere good wishes and congratulations to Your Excellency, the Government and the people of Seychelles on the auspicious occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Seychelles.
The Maldives and Seychelles share a strong bond as fellow island nations, united by common values and aspirations. I am confident that the close ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries will continue to strengthen in the years ahead. Your visit to the Maldives in May this year was a testament to the strength of our bilateral relations, and I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to further deepen our cooperation for the mutual benefit of our peoples.
Please accept, Excellency, my best wishes for your good health and well-being, and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Seychelles.”
